People’s Condominium by Injap Land soon to rise in Iloilo

A starting-up homegrown company in the real estate business is making a big leap with its proposed condominium development in Iloilo City. One of its kind and first in the city, Injap Land Corporation will be developing a 71-unit, 6-storey Condominium at the KAPIDECO area in Brgy. San Rafael, Mandurriao. To be constructed right at the corner of Pison Rotunda near Ateneo de Iloilo new site, this welcome development from a very young real estate company will be named People’s Condominium San Rafael.

This development will surely be a catalyst to the looming real estate industry in Iloilo. Although, it may not be deemed necessary to put up condos here right now as we still have ample space for residential developments but this is a strong manifestation of an optimistic trust to the thriving Ilonggo market. It can generate awareness to other businesses that Iloilo’s market is ready for such developments.

Injap Land Corporation is a subsidiary of Mr. Edgar “Injap” Sia’s growing conglomerate that includes the phenomenal Mang Inasal. Aside from the People’s Condominium, Injap Land is also developing a closed-gated subdivision in Mandurriao district named FirstHomes.

Launched last 10-10-10, People’s Condominium is expected to be completed on 11-11-11.
