Join the Municipality of Pavia as they celebrate their one-of-a-kind Annual Tigkaralag Festival. Tigkaralag Festival is now on its 19th year of showcasing the unique way of Pavianhon’s Halloween party. The 3-day event will start on October 28, 2010 with the highlights on October 30, 2010 at the Pavia Public Plaza, 6pm which will showcase Dance Drama competition and other spooking gimmicks.Tigkaralag Festivalof Pavia 2010 Schedule:
